About Maxarie Living

Variegated aroids are some of the most unpredictable plants in cultivation. No two leaves split light and chlorophyll the same way, which means no two plants — even from the same mother — ever look quite alike. A Monstera 'Thai Constellation' or a half-moon Philodendron isn't just a species name; it's a specific pattern of white, cream, and green that exists on that one plant alone.

That unpredictability is exactly what draws serious collectors in. For buyers who have already built out a shelf or a grow room, the goal isn't "a variegated aroid" — it's the individual specimen with the leaf split, the fenestration, or the sectoral patch they've been watching for. Species and cultivar names only tell part of the story; the plant in front of them tells the rest.

Maxarie Living is built around that reality. Every listing represents a single plant, not a category, because for this audience the difference between "similar" and "exact" is the entire point of collecting.
